It explains there is no reason to be angry or sad. You can be happy by being with your friends and living like you want. Like the first quote in the story it says that you dont have to feel sad because of what people say. You should find happiness in anything you like.

In the 3rd quote it says that you should explore the world and live like you want to live. Not planning everything. The song says that even though its not your birthday you can celebrate and be happy. Thats how you should live if you want to be happy.
