Problem Solved

One monday I had to wake up really early. I had to take a shower and then leave for school. I undressed and entered the shower. Then when I was really wet I noticed there was no towel. I had to get out of the shower really wet. I did a lot of mess. Then I had to go downstairs and get the towel. The house was really messy so everyone was mad at me. Then I went back to the shower and I solved the problem. Now I could shower normally. I was kind of late but everything was ok now.

Holden

I think he is not a typical teenager. Maybe for some he is but for me he is not. In the story it says that he is nice and he does favors for his friends. In that way he is normal. But even if he is nice in the story he fails 4 classes so for me that is not normal. He also smokes and drinks so that is normal in teenagers. It doesnt mean that is good and that he should do it but now that is pretty common. He doesnt like school and that makes him normal. Really few people enjoy waking up to go to school early.

So he is a normal teenager. Maybe he`s too rebel for his age but in other aspects he is like anyone else.

Transcendentalism

Because I’m happy…
Come along if you feel like a room without a roof
Because I’m happy…
Clap along if you feel like happiness is the truth.

It explains there is no reason to be angry or sad. You can be happy by being with your friends and living like you want. Like the first quote in the story it says that you dont have to feel sad because of what people say. You should find happiness in anything you like.

It’s your birthday
We gon’ party like it’s yo birthday
We gon’ sip Bacardi like it’s your birthday
And you know we don’t give a ****
It’s not your birthday!

In the 3rd quote it says that you should explore the world and live like you want to live. Not planning everything. The song says that even though its not your birthday you can celebrate and be happy. Thats how you should live if you want to be happy.

It might seem crazy what I’m ’bout to say
Sunshine she’s here, you can take a break
Mama – hot air balloon that could go to space
With the air like I don’t care, baby, by the way

[Hook]
Because I’m happy…
Come along if you feel like a room without a roof
Because I’m happy…
Clap along if you feel like happiness is the truth
Because I’m happy…
Clap along if you know what happiness is to you
Because I’m happy…
Clap along if you feel like that’s what you want to do

[Verse 2]
Here comes bad news, talkin’ this and that
But give me all you’ve got, and don’t hold it back
Well, I should probably warn you, I’ll be just fine
No offense to you, don’t waste your time, here’s why…

[Hook]

[Bridge]
Bring me down… can’t nothing…
Bring me down… your love is too high…
Bring me down… can’t nothing…
Bring me down, I said (let me tell you now)
Bring me down… can’t nothing…
Bring me down… your love is too high…
Bring me down… can’t nothing…
Bring me down, I said…

[Hook x2]

[Bridge 2]
Bring me down… can’t nothing…
Bring me down… your love is too high…
Bring me down… can’t nothing…
Bring me down, I said (let me tell you now)

Fine , Time

You, Do

Happy and Happiness are repeated.

He says that he feels happy because of love. He also says that he’ll not stop being happy ever. He wants everyone to know he’s happy. He tries to show how happy he is and why. He explains that he wants to be with a girl.

It makes the structure of the song better. Because using words that sound alike make the song have a better meaning. It also makes it easier to be liked by the audience.

Compare And Contrast

Roderick and Madeline are different because one is a guy and the other one is a girl. Roderick and Madeline both look pale and sick. They’re also described as sick and sad. Roderick talks more than madeline. Both seem to be mentally ill. Madeline never speaks in the story. In short, they are creepy and weird.

Their descriptions are similar to the house because in the beggining of the story they describe the house as spooky. Even from the outside the narrator could tell that the house looked different from others. The trees sorrounding the house were ghast and dead. So they are similar because Roderick and Madeline look as dead as the house. It si a really weird story.
